Phoenix, AZ: invenioLSI, today announced they have officially gone live with SAP Concur Travel. With the completion of Concur Travel, the city now has a single source for requesting, booking, and expensing travel.
Although the City of Phoenix had previously implemented SAP Concur Request and Expense, they were still booking their travel through external sources. With the implementation of the Travel module, they are now able to attach travel quotes directly to their travel requests with the ability to book their travel within the same system. The system helps the City to ensure compliance with travel policy while obtaining the best pricing without losing ease of use. Now having the ability to manage the entire travel process within a single system, the City is anticipating greater efficiency in travel management. With over 1,500 travel requests annually, the reporting capabilities will facilitate the monitoring of employee travel, further ensuring compliance with City regulations.
