With a background in human-computer interaction and a keen eye for detail, Shubhangi is dedicated to crafting digital experiences that exceed user expectations. Let’s look deeper into what makes her tick in this edition of invenioLSI’s Employee Spotlight series.

What is your current role and what are you responsible for?

I’m a User Experience Expert at invenioLSI, currently working for the Federal Tax Authority EmaraTax platform for VAT, Excise, and Corporate tax as part of the tax and revenue implementation. My role involves ensuring a holistic UX of our TRM product. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business challenges and design solutions based on research and analysis, catering to user experience and creating an end-to-end interaction model of the product while managing the client's needs. I keep clients informed about digital guidelines, lead workshops with end users and customers, identify challenges and pain points, and articulate visions and strategic experiences to meet client needs.

Why did you choose a career in your field of work? 

I always had an empathetic side for the users. I believe that a mixture of empathy and creativity makes me a perfect fit for my role. I love creating meaningful experiences for the end user. I strive to create friendly and usable interfaces that meet and manage the client’s expectations and concerns.

I live in Delhi, but I’m now working from invenioLSI’s UAE location. I’m a passionate person, and I love doing what I do. In my free time, I like singing, exploring new cuisines to cook, and watching Korean dramas.
