1. What is your current role and what are you responsible for? I’m currently a Senior Technical Consultant, handling AMS tickets. I focus on providing effective solutions that follow company and industry standards. I am also taking up a few CRs and mentoring junior consultants as well. I really enjoy teaching others and passing along my industry knowledge.
   
   
2. Why did you choose a career in your field of work? I chose a career in this industry because I have always been intrigued by coding and logic. I got introduced to computer programming during my school time. I was drawn to a career in IT because it provided opportunities to travel and learn from other IT professionals.
   
   
3. Why did you choose invenioLSI? I liked invenioLSI because of its positive work culture the company’s mission, culture, and values really resonated with me and my career interest.
   
   
4. What do you like about working at invenioLSI? As I mentioned above invenioLSI has a great working environment; everyone at the company is very approachable which is something that contributes to a humble and collaborative culture. invenioLSI has also provided me with opportunities to grow. My teammates, seniors, and managers have helped me continuously develop as a Senior Consultant. It’s nice to work for a company that recognizes and respects talent.
   
   
5. What makes invenioLSI unique? invenioLSI offers onsite opportunities for training and learning. As a consultant, there is an opportunity to work with different technologies and mentor others within your area of expertise. The company also offers a high level of transparency with its employees, which contributes to a culture of honesty.  
   
   
6. Tell us something special about yourself. I am an extremely dedicated and passionate person when it comes to my professional career, being productive gives me real joy. I love delivering quality products and working with my team. I believe that continuous personal growth contributes to the growth of the whole organization. I believe strongly in helping others and giving others the respect, they deserve.
